Beautiful decor, helpful staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, lovely amenities.

Not one thing.

The hotel is located in a perfect area, close to the Jesuits church and surrounded by several eateries. The rooms are fresh and clean, with the best shower I've had in a long time. The breakfast selection is good, and there is a complimentary water and coffee bar available. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing efficient service throughout the stay.

Some staff members were not well-informed about Sunday and holiday options, leading to missed opportunities for concerts and tourist attractions.

The breakfast at Eurostars Palazzo Zichy was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including cold cuts, cheese, vegetables, fruits, and even sparkling prosecco. The hotel's location was also great, just a short walk from the nearest subway station and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with directions and taxis.

I recently stayed at this place and was very impressed with the level of service and modern amenities available. The location made it easy to explore all of the sights in the area, with the reception area adjacent to the room. The staff here were amazing, especially the energetic and attentive person who worked on the night shift at the Reception Desk. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including in-room air conditioning and ironing facilities. Added bonus was the sauna and spa centre, as well as the fitness studio, which made for a relaxing stay. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious, with something for everyone's taste, and there were free snacks and drinks available throughout the day.

Families will definitely want to consider this hotel for their stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in a calm area, making it easy to get a taxi to the airport. It is also opposite the bar area, perfect for a night out. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offers a variety of hot and cold options, including pastries and fruit. the hotel provides facilities such as a mini bar and free coffee machine.

The bathroom door does not close entirely, which can be a bit inconvenient at times.

My standard room was anything but ordinary - it was well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a fine bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, and a large tv. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a complimentary Nespresso machine and the option to request additional comforts like a double duvet. The hotel is located on a quiet street, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. The buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of options including fresh vegetables, hot dishes, and a selection of fruit juices. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of great dining options and the main transport hub of the city. I highly recommend Eurostars Palazzo Zichy for its excellent location, great customer service, fantastic rooms, and superb breakfast.

Upon arrival, we were delighted to find chocolates, fruit, and chilled sparkling wine in our room, along with a lovely welcoming card to celebrate my wife's birthday. A wonderful touch. The staff went above and beyond, even offering us more chocolate for our airport transfer. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service.

During my Easter break, I was kinda surprised by the spacious and modern rooms offered at the hotel. The rooms had all the amenities one would need including toiletries, a safe, and a tea/coffee machine. The stocked fridge/minibar was also a convenient feature. the breakfast provided was superb with a wide variety of options including a cooked buffet, cold meats, cheeses, pastries, salads, cereals. It was a great way to start the day.

One aspect I disliked was the ongoing building work near the hotel. Although it was not a major issue, it would have been nicer to have a completely peaceful view from the room.

This hotel is truly amazing. The building is absolutely gorgeous and the location is perfect. It's situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, away from the crowded city center. There is a lovely restaurant just a minute's walk away, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat. Additionally, the hotel is not far from the tram system, which makes getting around the city super easy.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional, always happy to assist with any requests. The hotel facilities were excellent, with complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available throughout the day. The location of the hotel was perfect, slightly away from the main area but within easy walking distance of everything. It was also conveniently close to many metro stations in different directions, making it easy to explore the city.
